I'd love to hear whether people form neighborhoods all around town feel like they're being ignored or not.

Julie is forgetting the chamber full of residents at many meetings that left not only feeling ignored but knowing their time was wasted as decisions had already been made with out the consideration of feedback from residents. Julie ignores the need for neighborhood integrity.
