CSAN Introduction

CSAN is a registered Political Action Committee but is non-partisan - neighbors who have united in their desire to make all of our neighborhoods and our city a great place to live.

Since its formation in 2017, CSAN has had significant successes. College Station Association of Neighborhoods has raised the profile of neighborhood integrity as a core principle and has provided analysis of policies and voting records which have re-framed debates on key issues. Of the four candidates CSAN endorsed in the past two elections, three are currently serving on City Council and the fourth has been appointed to the Planning and Zoning Commission. One person in CSAN’s leadership was chosen to be on the committee for review of the Comprehensive Plan, which will determine how our city will grow in the next ten years.

But to build on our achievements, we need your help. Your annual membership contribution of $20 ($5 for students) will support neighborhood candidates by helping pay for campaign literature, lawn signs, Facebook ads, etc. CSAN does not make direct financial contributions to candidates. Important as the money itself, your membership is a sign of commitment to College Station neighborhoods. To support the work of CSAN by becoming a member or to find out more information, go to our website:

www.neighborhoodintegrity.org. If you prefer to pay by check, it may be mailed to the College Station Association of Neighborhoods, 1001 Pershing Drive, College Station, TX 77840. Follow us on Facebook at www.facebook.com/csneighborhoods or email your concerns and ideas to us at CSNeighborhoodIntegrity@gmail.com.

If you have time or skills to share, please consider volunteering. Together, we can have a say in shaping our city’s future and creating a better community. Join us, today, and share in CSAN’s belief that healthy, vibrant neighborhoods are the backbone of a strong city.
